The ultimate in comfortable, casual headwear Terry cloth is known for its softness, breathability and waterproof capabilities. Bucket hats with their deep fit and stitched all over brims provide a lot of cover which makes them great for blocking out the sun and providing your whole head a little shade. This makes comfortable material and proper airflow a must yet we found most hats use more rugged material that doesn't take this into account. Thus we felt Terry cloth was the perfect answer and we went with an unstructured fit to avoid any compression on the head and keep it casual for an all day wear.
